CURED was recently invited to be a part of the Children's Circle of Care. This honor is only bestowed upon those individuals, businesses and organizations who through large monetary donations to Children's Hospitals nationwide have made an impact upon the health and well-being of children.

This year's North American Leadership Conference and Gala was held on May 17-19 in Chicago. Introductions and welcoming speeches were given by Diann Burns of CBS and Patricia Blagojevich, the First Lady of Illinois.

Oprah Winfrey was the keynote speaker with entertainment by Lilly Tomlin. Lilly Tomlin spent nearly a half an hour speaking with Ellyn about the plight of eosinophilic disease and the challenges of the families dealing with children afflicted with the disease.
